Security

HCMUD 191 has contracted with the Harris County Precinct 4 Constables Office to provide security patrols for the district (learn more). In addition to the contract with the Constables Office, the Strategic Partnership Agreement (SPA) with the City of Houston provides law enforcement for the commercial areas along FM 1960 by the Houston Police Department.

As the Security Representative for MUD 191, Robert Price is in charge of communicating with the Precinct IV Constable’s Office and our patrolling officers.  If you have any comments or suggestions on the security of
MUD 191, please feel free to email us.
