Water Rates

Based on a standard 3/4 x 5/8 single family residential tap water and sewer rates are as follows:

First 7,000 gallons $7.50 (mimimum)
Next 13,000 gallons $1.25 / 1,000 gallons
All over 20,000 gallons thereafter $1.50 / 1,000 gallons

Sewer Rates

Single Family Home $10.00 Flat Rate

 

NHCRWA Fee

All Metered Customers $1.04 / 1000 gallons

All metered district customers are billed eighty-eight cents ($1.04) per thousand gallons of water consumption per month in addition to the normal monthly billing for water consumption. This additional charge is intended to offset charges imposed upon the District by the North Harris County Regional Water Authority.
