Facilities

Water Plant – The water for MUD 191 is supplied by the districts water plant on Paragon Court. Backup power sufficient to run the entire plant is provided by a generator to ensure a continuous supply of water during power outages.

Water Interconnects – MUD 191 has water interconnects with Cy-Champ PUD, Prestonwood Forest UD and the City of Houston. In times of emergency or during maintenance of our water plant facilities, the interconnects are opened to enable us to borrow water capacity from our neighboring districts, or conversely, lend it to them if the need arises.

Waste Water Collection and Treatment Plant – The district operates a system of four lift stations and a wastewater treatment plant.
