CHAMPIONS MPC:
Champions MPC is the oldest of the communities in the
district. This community’s development started in 1992. Little
progress was made because of the economy. In 1993, Dimensional
Investments purchased the community and the future of bigger
and better homes was planned. Champions MPC is a unique
community in the district. The community is made up of four
different sections: Champions Centre Section I and II, The
Mirage and The Pinnacle. Champions MPC amenities include a
tennis court, swimming pool, pool house, clubhouse and
playground.
Champions Centre Estates Section I: sixty eight (68) homes
ranging from $200,000 to $400,000
Champions Centre Estates Section II: thirty four (34) homes
ranging from $300,000 to $500,000.
The Mirage: forty one (41) homes ranging from $400,000 to
1,000,000.
This section has a gated entry and private roads.
Pinnacle: five (5) one acre lots with homes ranging from
$600,000 to
$1,000,000. This section also has a private road with a
decorative
fountain.
Geographically located north of FM 1960, west of Cutten Road
and south of Cypresswood Drive, this community is conveniently
accessible. Both entrances to the community are off of Cutten
Road. There will be an addition to The Mirage with twenty
three (23) more proposed lots.
Estates at Champions Park North: Established in 1999,
Estates at Champions Park North has sixty five (65) lots. This
community was annexed into Champions Park North homeowners
association. Part of this annexation agreement was to deed two
lots to the homeowners association for future expansion of the
amenities. The residents of Estates at Champions Park North
and Champions Park North share a pool, clubhouse, tennis
courts and playground area. Combining the residents of both
communities, the homeowners association consists of 185 homes.
Homes in the new section range from $350,000 to $600,000. This
community is located between Cutten Road and Champions Forest
Drive, north of FM 1960 and south of Cypresswood Drive. The
entrance is Tam-O-Shanter at Cutten Road.
Prestonwood Park: Prestonwood Park is a development by
Greenwood Properties, Inc., which is one of the newest
expansions in the district for 2001. This subdivision covers
an area of approximately 35 acres divided into one hundred
fifty two (152) lots. The homes range from $175,000 to
$200,000. Prestonwood Park is located north of FM 1960, south
of Cypresswood Drive, and east of SH 249. The entrance is Wood
Lane on Schoeder Road.
Champions Arbor: Developed by Ben Dyer Interests, Inc.
Champions Arbor is located off of Hargrave Road. This
community is another of the newest developments started in
2001. There are seventy seven (77) lots in the community with
homes ranging from $280,000 to $400,000. Champions Arbor is
located west of Cutten Road, north of FM 1960, east of SH 249
and south of Cypresswood Drive.
Highland Timbers: Highland Timbers is also located off
of Hargrave Road . Highland Resource, Inc. began development
of the community in November of 2000. There are two sections
in the subdivision . Section I consists of ninety-two (92)
lots ranging in price from $150,000 to 200,000. Section II
consists of ninety-one (91) lots ranging in price from
$200,000 to $250,000. A playground and pavilion are located on
a 1.2 acre recreational reserve for the enjoyment of the
homeowners. Geographically, Highland Timbers is located south
of Cypresswood Drive, east of SH 249, north of FM 1960 and
West of Cutten Road.
