Change in Water Utility Operating Company (and
Billing)
Effective July 1, 2010, the new operating company for
Harris County Municipal Utility District #191 is
Hays Utility South Corporation.
The bill you receive in early July will show the return
address for
Hays Utility South Corporation (the new operating company)
at
P.O. Box 2569, Spring, Texas 77383.
Please use that address for all payments, old and new.

AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFTS AND CREDIT CARDS:
If you are currently using automatic bank draft
or credit card to pay your water bill, the bill you receive
in early July will be the last transaction under the current
system. If you wish to continue using automatic bank draft
or credit card for payment, please call the customer care
line at Hays Utility South Corporation, (281) 353-9756 to
set up this service with Hays Utility South Corporation.
After the initial setup, for a small fee, MUD 191 Customers
will have several available options including automatic bank
draft and paying by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) online
or over the phone.
