District Location and Map

The District boundaries contain more than 420 acres in Northwest Harris County, Texas near Willowbrook Mall. The District includes: (1) commercial and multifamily development along and near FM 1960, Cutten Road, Hargrave Road and SH249; and (2) single-family homes in Champions Centre Estates, Pinnacle at Champion Centre, Champions Centre Mirage, Estates at Champions Park North, Prestonwood Park, Villas at Willowbrook, Champions Arbor, and Highland Timbers.

The District provides water and sanitary sewer service from District-owned central plants, and it has contracted for law enforcement by Harris County Precinct 4 Constables. The District and Cy-Champ PUD jointly provide parkway and median improvements along Cutten Road, north of FM 1960.
